The CCD Smiles conference is held every other year to provide individuals with CCD an opportunity to meet others, share experiences and form life-long friendships. If you have CCD or have a child under 18 with CCD, we invite you to register and come join us for this amazing event. See event overview details here.
NOTE: The CCD Conference is free to attend for registered attendees and guests. However, all attendees and guests are responsible to cover their own costs for travel and lodging.

Pre-Conference
Pre-conference kickoff starts at 7:30 pm with the one and only Clint Pulver. Clint is an award-winning entertainer/professional drummer/author/speaker who travels the globe inspiring audiences of all ages. We will also have 2 surprise guests/entertainers.
Day 1
Learn from some of the top dental and genetics professionals who are CCD experts. Make appointments with CCD specialists and medical professionals at our mini-clinics. Talk with top researchers. Enjoy professional photos by Rick Giudotti from positiveexposure.org. Participate in fun and games with your CCD family and friends. Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided. Evening entertainment from one of the best Improv groups in the country.
Day 2
Learn from some of the top skeletal and orthopedic professionals who are CCD experts Make appointments with CCD specialists and medical professionals in our mini-clinics. Talk with top researchers. Meet and hear from Ben Kjar, an NCAA All-American wrestler with Crouzon syndrome (a craniofacial condition). Fun and games. Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided. Extra special evening entertainment.
Day 3
Goodbye brunch and slideshow. You don’t want to miss this! Last conference, this was everyone’s favorite part. We will have a picture slideshow and pass around the microphone to have volunteers share their feelings/experiences/favorite parts of the conference. We say our goodbyes at noon.
